IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY BOTH PARTIES THAT THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS WILL BE MET AND THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS ARE EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED:
SELLER guarantees that this kitten is in good health at the time of pickup. Buyer has 72 hours to take the kitten to veterinarian for wellness exam, at the buyer's expense. Failure to do so voids the health guarantee. If it is found that there is a health question the buyer has 48 hours after veterinary exam to report a health issue. If this kitten be found in ill health, the cause of which is clearly attributable to the SELLER, this kitten may, upon written diagnosis from a veterinarian, be returned to the SELLER for a full price refund or exchange for another kitten of equal value, the choice to be determined by the SELLER. BUYER agrees to provide the kitten with high quality food, sanitary living condition, and medical care. 
The kitten may not be caged except for short periods when necessary. The kitten cannot be declawed. _________. The kitten has a 1-year guarantee from the date of birth against lethal genetic or congenital defects. Common illnesses, viruses, infections, parasites, anything which is not a result of genetic or breeding practices are not included in the 1-year health guarantee. If the kitten dies suddenly within 1 year then a necropsy will be performed by a licensed veterinarian. If a congenital defect was found to be the cause of death, the buyer can get a full price refund. The BUYER cannot send the kitten to a shelter. Russian Blue Cats are low on allergy scale but there is no guarantee that there will be no allergy reactions. You may not be given a refund because of an allergy. Under no circumstance will any veterinary bill incurred by the new owner be paid by SELLER. The official name of this kitten is to start with “PRIVET” when registered with TICA.
